  • All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
  • Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals or as book chapters, subject to publisher guidelines.

Conflict of Interest (COI)

  • At the time of manuscript submission, all authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Current institutional affiliation
  • Past affiliations within the last three years

Copyright Agreement

  • The authors shall declare that the submitted paper is original and copyright is transferred to ICSDCE-2026 organizers.

Mode of Presentation

  • The conference will be conducted in offline mode for national and international authors.
  • Offline Presentation: Authors can present their papers physically at the conference venue.

General Instructions

  • Best presentations will be recognized through Best Presenter Awards with certificates and prizes.
  • The conference will be conducted in offline mode (and online mode for foreign participants, on request).
  • All authors should visit the conference website for detailed instructions on template and paper submission.
  • Publication & Review Policy:All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process managed by the Conference Technical Committee. Based on the technical evaluation and reviewer feedback, accepted papers that are successfully presented will be processed for publication into one of the following:
  • Journals: Papers meeting the requisite standards and scope will undergo a peer review process, and accepted papers will be published in SCI/ESCI/Google Scholar/Scopus-indexed journals. (Subject to approval from journals)
  • Global Journal of Earth Science and Engineering
  • Many More to Come
  • Conference Proceedings: Other accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings (Google Scholar or non-indexed) as deemed appropriate.
  • The Conference Committee has final authority over the publication category. Their decision is binding and not appealable.
